Our Policy

For all appointments, there will be a $50 deposit required.

Cancellation policy: If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the $50 deposit will be non-refundable.

Allergic reaction: We take pride in being a professional salon with skilled technicians who have extensive experience in the field. We are committed to delivering professional work, ensuring that glue is never placed on or close to the skin. While allergic reactions are rare due to our expertise, it is still possible for some individuals to have a sensitivity to the adhesive. If you know that you are highly sensitive to chemical reactions, eyelash extensions may not be suitable for you. In the event of an allergic reaction, no money will be refunded, but we will be happy to remove the extensions for you.

Additionally, we kindly request that any complaints or requests for fixes be brought to our attention within the first two days after receiving the extensions. If you come in for a fix on the third day or later, after your last appointment, there will be a charge for the service required to address the issue.
